Who handles your information

Legasal is responsible for the information you leave on this page. To run its appointments and messages it uses MAUDI, a service of Zomau LLC (5900 Balcones Drive Ste 100, Austin, TX 78731), which processes that information on behalf of Legasal and for nothing else.

What we collect

What you type when you book: your name, your phone number, your email if you leave one, and any note you add. Nothing more. No hidden trackers, no advertising cookies.

What we use it for

To hold your appointment, to remind you about it, and to answer you. That is all.

Text messages

We only text you if you check the consent box when booking. It comes unchecked. The messages are about your appointment: a reminder the day before and replies to what you ask. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any message and we stop. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

Your mobile phone number and your messaging consent are not sold, and are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

The text-messaging program is operated by Zomau LLC (the MAUDI service). Its privacy policy, which applies to these messages, is at [zomau.com/privacidad](https://zomau.com/privacidad); the program terms are at [maudi.ai/sms](https://maudi.ai/sms).

Who else sees it

Only the providers needed to make it work, each receiving the minimum: Zomau LLC (the MAUDI service), Supabase (the database, in the United States), Twilio (text messages), Resend (email). None of them sell your data, and none of them train artificial-intelligence models with it.

Before any message reaches an AI system, sensitive numbers (Social Security, cards, bank accounts) are hidden automatically.

How long we keep it

As long as needed for your appointments and the business's records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

Write to legasal@maudi.ai · +13466334605 and ask for a copy of your information, a correction, or its deletion. A person answers.
