Qué mensajes mandamos
Solo sobre su cita o su consulta. Nada de publicidad ni promociones:
- Recordatorios antes de su cita.
- El enlace para escoger el día y la hora de su cita.
- Respuestas a algo que usted nos preguntó.
La mayoría van en español; algunos en inglés, según el cliente.
Cómo se da el permiso
Usted lo da en nuestra página de citas, https://maudi.ai/zomau/agenda, poniendo su teléfono y marcando una casilla que viene desmarcada de fábrica. Este es el texto exacto de esa casilla:
> ☐ Sí, mándenme el recordatorio por mensaje de texto. > Solo mensajes sobre tu cita. Contesta STOP para no recibir más, o AYUDA > para hablar con alguien. Pueden aplicar cargos de tu plan.
Si no marca la casilla, no le mandamos ningún texto. El recordatorio va por correo, si dejó uno.
Cada cuándo
Depende de sus citas. No son mensajes periódicos ni de campaña: normalmente uno por cita.
Cómo darse de baja
Conteste STOP (o PARAR) a cualquier mensaje y no recibirá más. Conteste START (o ALTA) para volver a recibirlos. Conteste HELP o AYUDA para ayuda, o escriba a hola@zomau.com.
Costo
Pueden aplicar cargos de mensajes y datos según su plan. zomau no le cobra por estos mensajes.
Su número
No vendemos su número de celular, ni lo compartimos —ni su consentimiento— con terceros ni afiliados para fines de mercadeo. La única empresa que lo recibe es Twilio, nuestro proveedor de mensajería, y solo para entregar el mensaje.

Who sends these messages

What messages we send
Appointment and service messages only. No marketing, no promotions:
- Appointment reminders before your appointment.
- A link to pick the day and time of your appointment.
- Replies to a question you asked us.
Most messages are in Spanish; some in English, depending on the customer.
How you opt in
You opt in on our booking page at https://maudi.ai/zomau/agenda, by entering your phone number and checking a box that is unchecked by default. This is the exact wording of that checkbox:
> ☐ Yes, text me the reminder for this appointment. > Appointment messages only. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help. > Message and data rates may apply.
If you do not check the box, we send no text messages. The reminder goes by email instead, if you left one.
How often
It depends on your appointments. These are not recurring or scheduled campaign messages — typically one reminder per appointment.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message and you will receive no further texts. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or email hola@zomau.com.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, according to your carrier plan. zomau does not charge you for these messages.
Your number
We do not sell your mobile number, and we do not share it or your consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. The only company that receives it is Twilio, our messaging provider, and only to deliver the message.
