Qué mensajes mandamos
Solo sobre su cita o su consulta. Nada de publicidad ni promociones:
- Recordatorios antes de su cita.
- El enlace para escoger el día y la hora de su cita.
- Respuestas a algo que usted nos preguntó.
La mayoría van en español; algunos en inglés, según el cliente.
Cómo se da el permiso
Usted lo da en nuestra página de citas, https://maudi.ai/zomau/agenda, poniendo su teléfono y marcando una casilla que viene desmarcada de fábrica. Este es el texto exacto de esa casilla:

La casilla aparece en el paso 3 de la página de citas (después de escoger día y hora), junto al teléfono. Puede verla, con una captura, en https://maudi.ai/sms/opt-in. Ese formulario es la forma principal de dar el permiso. Hay otros dos casos, los dos empezados por usted: si le escribe primero al negocio (vea abajo), y si en una llamada con la recepcionista pide el enlace para agendar y acepta recibirlo por texto (un solo mensaje con ese enlace, al número desde el que llama). No hay permiso por palabras clave, papel ni QR. Si no pasó nada de eso, no le mandamos textos: el recordatorio va por correo, si dejó uno. Su permiso se queda en Zomau LLC: nunca se comparte con terceros ni afiliados.
Si usted le escribe primero por texto a un negocio, ese negocio puede contestarle y mandarle por texto los recordatorios de sus citas. Conteste STOP en cualquier momento para no recibir más.
Cada cuándo
La frecuencia de los mensajes varía. Depende de sus citas: normalmente uno por cita. No son mensajes periódicos ni de campaña.
Cómo darse de baja
Conteste STOP (o PARAR) a cualquier mensaje y no recibirá más. También puede decírnoslo con sus palabras ("ya no me escriban") y lo respetamos. Conteste START (o ALTA) para volver a recibirlos. Conteste HELP o AYUDA para ayuda, o escriba a hola@zomau.com.
Costo
Pueden aplicar cargos de mensajes y datos según su plan. zomau no le cobra por estos mensajes.
Su número
No vendemos su número de celular, ni compartimos su información móvil —ni su consentimiento para recibir mensajes— con terceros ni afiliados para fines de mercadeo o promoción. La única empresa que lo recibe es Twilio, nuestro proveedor de mensajería, y solo para entregar el mensaje.
Lo único que recogemos para este programa es su número de celular y el consentimiento que dio, y lo único para lo que los usamos es mandarle los mensajes sobre su cita o su consulta que se describen arriba.

Who sends these messages

What messages we send
Appointment and service messages only. No marketing, no promotions:
- Appointment reminders before your appointment.
- A link to pick the day and time of your appointment.
- Replies to a question you asked us.
Most messages are in Spanish; some in English, depending on the customer.
How you opt in
You opt in on our booking page at https://maudi.ai/zomau/agenda, by entering your phone number and checking a box that is unchecked by default. This is the exact wording of that checkbox:

The checkbox appears in step 3 of the booking flow (after picking a day and a time), next to the phone number field. You can see it, with a screenshot, at https://maudi.ai/sms/opt-in. This web form is the main way to opt in. There are two other cases, both started by you: if you text the business first (see below), and if, during a call with the voice receptionist, you ask for the booking link and say yes to receiving it by text (a single message with that link, to the number you are calling from). There are no keyword, paper or QR opt-ins. If none of those happened, we do not text you: the reminder goes by email instead, if you left one. Your opt-in stays with Zomau LLC: it is never shared with third parties or affiliates.
If you text a business first, that business may reply to you and send you text reminders about your appointments. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving them.
How often
Message frequency varies. It depends on your appointments: typically one reminder per appointment. These are not recurring or scheduled campaign messages.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message and you will receive no further texts. You can also tell us in your own words ("stop texting me") and we will honor it. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or email hola@zomau.com.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, according to your carrier plan. zomau does not charge you for these messages.
Your number
We do not sell your mobile number, and we do not share your mobile information or your messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The only company that receives it is Twilio, our messaging provider, and only to deliver the message.
The only data we collect for this program is your mobile number and the consent you gave, and the only thing we use them for is sending you the appointment and service messages described above.
