Who handles your information

Hispano América Multiservices is responsible for the information you leave on this page and in the survey after your appointment. To run its appointments and messages it uses MAUDI, a service of Zomau LLC (5900 Balcones Drive Ste 100, Austin, TX 78731), which processes that information on behalf of Hispano América Multiservices and for nothing else.

What we collect

What you type when you book: your name, your phone number, your email if you leave one, and any note you add; and, if you answer the survey about your appointment, your rating and your comment (they are for the business and are not published). If you join the waitlist: your name, your email, your phone if you leave it, and the days and times that work for you. If you message us (text, WhatsApp, Instagram or email): what you write and any photos you send. Nothing more. No hidden trackers, no advertising cookies.

What we use it for

To hold your appointment, to remind you about it, and to answer you; and, if the business turned it on, to send you ONE email after your appointment asking how it went (every email tells you how to unsubscribe). If you are on the waitlist, to email you when a time that works for you opens up (only for that; reply REMOVE to that email and we take you off). Photos you send, so the business can see the job and answer you or give you a quote. And, if the business keeps it on, to ask you for a Google review the day after your appointment (one message, by WhatsApp or email). That is all.

Text messages

We only text you if you check the consent box when booking (it comes unchecked), if you text us first, or if during a call you ask for the booking link and agree to get it by text. The messages are about your appointment or your inquiry: a reminder the day before and replies to what you ask. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any message and we stop. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

Your mobile phone number and your messaging consent are not sold, and are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

The text-messaging program is operated by Zomau LLC (the MAUDI service). Its privacy policy, which applies to these messages, is at zomau.com/privacidad; the program terms are at maudi.ai/sms.

Who else sees it

Only the providers needed to make it work, each receiving the minimum: Zomau LLC (the MAUDI service), Supabase (the database, in the United States), Twilio (text messages and calls), Meta (if you write on WhatsApp or Instagram), Google (if you send a voice note: it is transcribed and the audio discarded), Resend (email), Cloudflare and a Google mailbox (if you email the business) and Anthropic (the AI that drafts replies: it only receives text with sensitive numbers hidden). None of them sell your data, and none of them train artificial-intelligence models with it.

Before any message reaches an AI system, sensitive numbers (Social Security, cards, bank accounts) are hidden automatically.

How long we keep it

As long as needed for your appointments and the business's records. Photos you send us are kept for 30 days and then deleted automatically. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

Write to hispano-multiservices@maudi.ai · +13465948650 and ask for a copy of your information, a correction, or its deletion. A person answers.

This site runs on MAUDI, by zomau.
